All orders must be placed directly through our website. Please note that we do not accept mail orders or Purchase Orders (POs).
Once your order is placed, it enters the processing stage, where items are prepared for shipment.
After your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information. You can use this to follow your delivery status until it arrives.
Keep in mind that processing and shipping time frames are separate — processing refers to preparing your order, while shipping covers the transit time once it’s on its way.
